Boofie O’Gorman has grown her real estate business from a one-woman operation to a skilled and collaborative team successfully serving real estate clients for over 20 years. Boofie’s unique business model and emphasis on strong team communication allow her to offer an extremely personal level of service and attention to detail, cultivated from the very first point of client interaction. During her many years in the area, Boofie has also developed advantageous relationships with local vendors who can facilitate your real estate transaction and furnish additional services as needed.

Boofie’s Real Estate Team

Boofie’s team is trained to leverage sophisticated database technology and customized market research for each and every property for sale or for rent. Boofie’s attention to Northern Virginia real estate market fluctuations allows her team to create strategies which consistently generate successful offers and critical purchasing information, quickly and efficiently. The team’s vigilance in staying ahead of changes in finance regulations allows us to provide guidance in this aspect of our transactions as well.

Margaret O’GormanMargaret is a lifelong Reston resident. While growing up, she was involved with organizations ranging from Reston Association, working as a lifeguard, to the Reston Swim Team Association, working as a coach. She attended The Madeira School and Syracuse University, including a semester studying in Florence, Italy. She graduated from Syracuse’s Maxwell School with a degree in Political Science. After graduation, Margaret worked for a local mortgage company before transitioning into Real Estate. In addition to her work in Real Estate, she is also currently a member of the YMCA Fairfax County-Reston’s Board of Managers.

Peggy Skrocki
Peggy Skrocki has been a Realtor since 2004. She specializes in the needs of Buyers and loves working on the Boofie Team. She lives in Reston, Virginia with her husband of 25 years and their three children. 

Peggy was born in Suffern, New York, which is a northern suburb of New York City. She graduated from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York and started a career in sales in the New York retail market as a Buyer. She and her husband moved to the Washington, DC metro area in 1984. They have lived in Reston for 15 years.

When not out with Real Estate clients, Peggy is active with her son’s activities, including numerous sports and the Drum Line at Herndon High School. Her two daughters are currently attending VA Tech. Her favorite hobbies include reading, gourmet cooking and vacationing on sunny beaches.

Susan Allen
In March of 1994, Susan & her husband purchased their first home. Their agent was none other than Boofie O’Gorman. There began a wonderful friendship that became a business collaboration as well in May of 2005. Susan received her real estate license and began working for Boofie as an agent. With three wonderful children needing more of her attention Susan decided to move from the listing and buying side of the business and became Boofie’s Team Manager in March of 2009. Susan finds the business of real estate fascinating and truly enjoys helping our clients make the business of buying or selling a home as stress free as possible. As the Team Manager, she works as the administrative point of contact for our agents, the agents we encounter during our transactions, our vendors and most importantly the Boofie O’Gorman Team’s clients.
